If your bottle of CBD is a total of 1000mg, look at the left, red outlined box. A full dropper will give you 33.33 mg of CBD. 3/4's of a dropper will give you 25mg, a half dropper will give 16.66mg and a quarter dropper will give 8.33mg. These are all approximate quantities.
