Full Spectrum or Isolate?

Full Spectrum or Isolate?

At Pearl's Gold, we have noticed several companies offering cheaper variations of CBD lately.  These have hit the market in a big way. These companies advertise quality CBD products, with ISO testing, and some with domestic grown hemp. What they don't tell you is what you really need to know...whether it is full-spectrum, broad-spectrum or isolate CBD.

It has been shown that full-spectrum CBD is the absolute best CBD to use for pain, anxiety, stress, etc.  Now, some people who are drug-tested at their place of employment should probably not use full-spectrum, but most others should.  Even though a one-ounce bottle of full-spectrum CBD will have less than 1/1000% of THC, you shouldn't bet your job on it as some drug tests are very sensitive.

So far, scientists have successfully isolated 113 of the leafy green hemp plant’s active chemical compounds, and these are included in full-spectrum CBD.  They enhance the CBD to get an entourage effect.  These compounds and cannabinoids don't exist in isolate CBD.

Isolate CBD is a cheaper option, but when you consider the better effects of full-spectrum, it doesn't come close and you usually have to take a lot more of the isolate CBD to receive benefits similar to full-spectrum.

Go by this rule: If it doesn't say "Full-Spectrum" on the bottle, it's not.  It's most likely an isolate product.  I've even seen products that say "Full-Spectrum or (Broad Spectrum) CBD in every product batch."  Well, this seems to us like a sneaky way to use mostly isolate CBD, but include a tiny amount of Full or Broad Spectrum to confuse or as a bait-and-switch tactic.

Never purchase a product that says "Hemp Seed Oil."  Hemp Seed Oil contains absolutely no CBD, but is marketed as a "Hemp product" which can be confused as a CBD product.  Sadly, this causes people to think they've given CBD a try and determine that it didn't work for them. Rarely do we find someone who has used a true CBD product that has no effect.

At Pearl's Gold, we always tell you EXACTLY what is in the bottle, Full-Spectrum CBD, Broad-Spectrum CBD or Isolate CBD, and how much!  Have questions?  Please don't hesitate to give us a call at 719-640-6789 or send us an email at PearlsGoldCBD@gmail.com.
