You should try a small amount on a patch of your skin to test interaction. If no reaction, you can continue to use. Rub the CBD lotion into your hands, elbows, heels or any part of your body. Our products are gentle to the skin and non toxic. Allow the balm to absorb thoroughly into the skin. Reapply as needed and as much as you’d like.
